Terms of sale and use

Seller
The website humm.ee and the learning platform kool.humm.ee are owned and the services provided by Merimeel OÜ, registry code 12832585, Energia tn 7-2, 13415 Tallinn, Estonia. Email merike.taza@gmail.com, phone +372 526 6784. The services are provided by Merike Taza.
What I offer
I offer courses in Vedic mantras, held online in the learning platform, and ceremonies (pūjās) held at an agreed time and place in Estonia. Each service is described and priced on its own page.
Prices
All prices are in euros and final. No other fees are added. The price that applies is the one shown on the service page when you place the order.
Ordering and payment
To order, press the buy button on the service page and pay by bank link or card. Bank link and card payments are handled by Montonio Finance UAB. Courses can also be paid for through PayPal. If there is no buy button yet, write to me and I will send an invoice payable by bank transfer. The contract takes effect once payment has been received. I send a confirmation by email.
Receiving the service
Online course. You receive access to the learning platform by email right after payment arrives, within one working day at the latest. Access is personal and may not be passed on. The course materials remain available to you.
Ceremony. After payment we agree on a time and place by email or phone. The ceremony takes place at your place or in Tallinn, and the Vāstu pūjā in your home.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Write to merike.taza@gmail.com. I refund the payment within 14 days to the account it came from.
For an online course, the right of withdrawal ends once you have opened the course materials with your consent. For a ceremony, it ends if the ceremony has already taken place within the 14 days at your request.
Rescheduling and cancelling
If the agreed time does not suit you, let me know and we will find another. If you cancel a ceremony at least 48 hours before the agreed time, I refund the payment in full. If I have to cancel, I offer a new time or refund the payment.
Use of materials
The course texts, audio and video recordings belong to Merimeel OÜ. They are for your personal study. Copying, sharing or publishing them without my written permission is not allowed.
Complaints and disputes
If something is not as agreed, write to merike.taza@gmail.com. I reply within 15 days. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, komisjon.ee, or use the European Union’s dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Estonian law applies.
